Follow Technologies, LLC. ("Follow," "we," "us," or "our") provides Follow CRM. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

We collect the account and profile information you provide, subscription and transaction details supplied by our payment provider, product usage and diagnostic information, and the customer relationship data you add to Follow.

When you connect Google, we receive the Google profile information needed to identify your account and, with your permission, Gmail and Google Calendar data. Depending on the features you enable, this may include email metadata and content, drafts and sending actions, calendar events, attendees, and related account identifiers.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate you, sync the services you connect, operate and secure Follow, organize CRM records, provide sales analysis and drafting features, process subscriptions, support customers, and comply with law.

Google user data

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide or improve user-facing features that you request. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or permit people to read it except when you ask us to, when required for security or support with your consent, or when required by law.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, support, and bill for Follow, subject to contractual restrictions. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or complete a corporate transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and maintain limited backups. You can disconnect Google access from your Google Account permissions page. To request account or connected-data deletion, email support@follow-crm.com.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information where applicable. You may also withdraw a connected service permission, although some Follow features will stop working.

Changes and contact
