Terms of Service

Effective July 22, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Follow CRM, provided by Follow Technologies, LLC. By creating an account or using Follow, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and connected services

You must provide accurate account information, keep your account secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized use. Follow currently requires Google authentication. If you connect Gmail, Google Calendar, or another service, you authorize Follow to access and use that service only as described in our Privacy Policy and the permissions you grant.

Paid subscriptions

Follow is a paid service with no free tier or trial. Unless a checkout page states otherwise, plans are $49 USD billed monthly or $490 USD billed annually. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel through the billing portal, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not use Follow unlawfully; interfere with or bypass security, access controls, payment controls, or usage limits; probe or disrupt the service; upload malicious code; infringe another person's rights; or use connected-account data without a lawful basis and appropriate permission.

Your data

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant Follow the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data to operate the service. You are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and permissions associated with your data.

AI-assisted features

Follow may generate recommendations, summaries, drafts, and other AI-assisted output. Output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing it and for decisions, communications, and actions taken using it. Follow does not provide legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Service availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Follow. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party services, including Google and Stripe, are governed by their own terms and may affect available features.

Intellectual property

Follow and its software, branding, content, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Follow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Follow Technologies, LLC. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

You may stop using Follow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, non-payment, or unlawful use. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
